Tuning

A quick guide to Pulse, Phantom, profiles, and sound controls. Finish Setup and route your game through PullzeAudio Tune before comparing settings.

9 Topics

Choose Your Starting Sound

Tunes

Open Tuning > Games and choose a tune for your game. Call of Duty currently includes Pulse and Phantom. Each is included with PullzeAudio and exposes the controls its processing chain supports.

Pulse

Pulse is Tune V1 for Call of Duty. It is the more immediate starting point and includes its own verified control catalog. Start with a built-in preset, then change one control at a time.

Phantom

Phantom is Tune V2 for Call of Duty. It has a distinct processing chain and control catalog. Switching tunes does not change the Windows or game output device.

Presets

A preset groups several controls together for one kind of sound. Begin from one the app already has, listen to it, then change only what you need. Your headphones, game mix, and listening level still matter.

Adjust What You Hear

Easy Tune

Use the named sliders for quick changes where a tune offers them. Change one slider at a time and compare it in the same moment of the same game. A control that is not offered by the current tune is not a setup fault.

Advanced Settings

Advanced Settings exposes the individual controls available for the selected tune. Read what each control says it does, and change things in small steps. Easy Tune may already be shaping related controls; the app explains that relationship.

Volume And Sound Effects

Keep a comfortable listening level. Turn off unrelated headset EQ, spatial effects, and enhancement layers while comparing so two processors are not fighting each other.

Keep What Works

Profiles And Reset

Save your setup under a name in Profiles before experimenting, and load it back when you want it. Read reset confirmations: resetting one control, the current tune, or the app affects different settings.

Make A Fair Comparison

Keep your headset, game output, and listening level consistent. Replay familiar footsteps, shots, and movement, change one setting, and keep the result you prefer. For setup problems, use the Setup Guides and FAQs.
