Before You Start
What Is PullzeAudio?
PullzeAudio runs on Windows and shapes the sound your games make. It gives you a Tune route together with the controls that change what reaches your ears. Pick a tune the app supports, check your routing, and listen for differences at a volume you find comfortable.
What Games Does It Support?
The tunes on offer are listed under Tuning > Games. Each one comes with its own set of controls. Any other PC game can be routed through the Windows Tune output as well, though a tune built around one title will not necessarily suit another.
What Version Of Windows Do I Need?
You need a 64-bit PC running Windows 10 or Windows 11, something to listen through, and an internet connection so setup and account access can work. There is no native build for macOS, Linux, consoles or mobile devices. Keep Windows and your device software current.
This installer does not work on Windows on ARM.
Does It Change Game Files?
No game file needs to be edited or swapped out. Once setup is done, point the game’s audio settings at PullzeAudio Tune. The published setup steps only ever involve Windows audio devices.
Download And Installation
Where Do I Download The Installer?
Sign in at My Account > Downloads with the email you bought with, or the account used for trial setup. Anyone starting a trial should confirm their email address, sign in on the site, accept the current agreement, then check My Account > Free Trial for device-bound status. PullzeAudio does not issue a redeemable trial key; the hour starts only when the desktop app authorizes the first eligible device. Once the account is eligible, the installer appears under Downloads.
Nothing done on the website, signing up or downloading, uses up the hour. Have your setup ready before you sign in to the desktop app, because that is where the first device activation can happen. Stick to the official download; skip mirrors and email attachments.
Do I Need Both The EXE And MSI?
No, either will do. The EXE and the MSI are two ways of packaging the same desktop installer. Take a single package from Downloads and answer whatever it asks. Afterwards, launch the app and run Setup so the audio components get prepared.
Why Has My Setup Email Not Arrived?
Look in Spam or Junk first, and make sure the permanent address on your account is the one you used. Already registered? Sign In or Reset Your Password. Filling in the signup screen on its own does not switch the audio on.
Why Does SmartScreen Say The App Is Unrecognized?
When Windows shows Windows Protected Your PC, or warns that the app is unrecognized, begin by confirming the file came from My Account > Downloads. Then right-click the installer in File Explorer and work through Properties > Digital Signatures > Details: the signature needs to hold up, and the publisher needs to be the one you expect.
When those checks pass and you are satisfied the download is genuine, take More Info > Run Anyway if Windows offers it. Should the signature fail, the publisher look wrong, or a named threat be flagged, stop instead and get that detection looked at. The Windows Download Warnings page carries the whole procedure.
What If Antivirus Blocks Or Quarantines The Installer?
Go to Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Protection History, where the blocked file and the exact detection are named. Confirm the download came from the official source and that its signature holds up before anything else; even a good signature does not make a detection a false alarm.
If you trust the installer, or a false positive has been confirmed, you can exclude that one file through Virus & Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Exclusions > Add Or Remove Exclusions > Add An Exclusion > File. Point it at the exact PullzeAudio file and nothing wider. Once setup is done, take that temporary installer exclusion back out.
Download checks and Microsoft’s own antivirus controls are collected in the Windows Download Warnings guide. Should you decide to turn antivirus (AV) off while you work through a problem, do it the way your vendor describes, and put protection back the moment you have finished.
How Do I Download If Microsoft Edge Blocks The File?
Begin the download from the official Downloads page. Once Edge has blocked it, press Ctrl + J, locate the file in the list, and open More Actions (…). Where Edge offers the override for an uncommon download and you are happy the source is genuine, take Keep > Show More > Keep Anyway. Before you open the saved file, look at its digital signature.
If the message reads Virus Detected, that is a different matter: examine the antivirus detection itself. Edge, SmartScreen, file exclusions and antivirus controls are all covered by the Windows Download Warnings guide.
Setup And Sound
Which Output Should My Game Use?
Point the game’s audio settings at PullzeAudio Tune, then start the game again. Inside the app, pick the headphones you really listen on. Choosing the physical headset straight from the game can send sound around the tuning. Set Your Game Output walks through it.
What Is The Difference Between Tune And Normal?
Game sound you want the app to work on goes through PullzeAudio Tune. Everyday sound you would rather leave alone, such as music or browser audio, belongs on PullzeAudio Normal. Either route needs a listening device that works, selected in Home.
Where Do I Choose My Headphones Or DAC?
Under Home > Engine > Headphones, select the output that ends up at your ears. Where an interface is involved, that means the channel pair you actually monitor. Look at it again whenever you replug a USB device or reroute a mixer.
Where possible, use a headset or DAC that can do 24-bit, 48,000 Hz (48 kHz) output in Windows, and set your real listening device to that format if it is on offer. Should 16-bit at 48 kHz be the only option you have, keep that instead; it is supported.
The Windows-side steps live in Headphones And Audio Format.
Should I Leave My Headset Effects On?
While you make your first comparison, switch off the optional headset extras, EQ, bass boost, surround or spatial effects, since each one adds further processing. Leave the mixer routing you depend on in place. Change a single thing at a time so you can tell which one moved the sound.
What Should I Do If Audio Sounds Wrong?
Begin with the Home headphones, the game’s Tune output and the volume. After that, open Service > Diagnostics and press Run Diagnostics. Work through each finding and apply the fix it offers. Where a repair tells you to, shut the game down and open it again afterwards. More detail sits in Troubleshooting.
Tunes And Configs
Where Can I Find Other Users’ Configs?
Sign in, then open Common Configs. Narrow the list by tune and you can see what other players settled on for sound choices, switches, presets and sliders. Nothing on that page is applied for you, and there is no config file to download.
Should I Copy Every Most Popular Setting?
No, because no single setup fits every headset or every player. Popular values shown on separate rows may each come from a different person, so together they do not make one preset. Take your own tune, try settings one at a time, and keep whatever helps when you listen at your usual volume.
How Do I Change The Tune Or Preset?
Go to Tuning, pick a game, or use Change Tune, and then take one of the presets that tune provides. Check that the game is still pointed at PullzeAudio Tune. A preset alters sound settings; it never moves the game’s output device.
The Tuning Guide gives a short introduction to tunes, variants, presets and the sound controls.
Are Pulse and Phantom both included?
Yes. Both tunes come with PullzeAudio. You can choose between them in the app without purchasing another tune.
Why Are Some Easy Tune Controls Missing?
Not every tune shows the same controls; Advanced Settings sometimes appears on its own, with no Easy Tune beside it. Make sure the tune you meant is selected, then read the message about that control being unavailable. A slider you saw in another player’s screenshot may simply not exist in the tune you have chosen.
The Tuning Guide gives a short introduction to tunes, variants, presets and the sound controls.
How Do I Save My Current Settings?
Go to Profiles and use Save current tune as a profile…. Name it something you will know again, and you are free to try another setup. Take note of what each Reset confirmation says, since the different resets touch different parts of the tune.
Account And Support
How Do I Find My Licence After Buying?
Let the checkout finish, look for the purchase email, and sign in with that same address. Spam or Junk is worth a look for delivery messages. If you started on a free trial, buy with the trial’s fixed address so the full licence attaches to the account you already have.
How Does Checkout Work?
Use Buy Now or the Shop to enter PullzeAudio checkout. The payment methods and final total available for your order are shown there before you place it.
Use the email already connected to your PullzeAudio account or trial so the purchase is attached to the right account. Pay only through the checkout on this site; never use payment details sent to you by email, chat, or another site.
How Many PCs Can Use One Licence?
The number of devices you may use, and the rules for moving between them, are set out in your account. Its device controls are what you use when you switch PCs. A trial stays tied to the account and the device it started on, so a reinstall will not hand you a second one.
When Does The Free Trial Timer Start?
The hour begins counting at the first authorised device activation, and that can happen while you are signing in to the desktop app, before any sound is produced. So have everything ready before you sign in. Signing up on the website, checking My Account > Free Trial and downloading do not begin the clock; PullzeAudio does not issue redeemable trial keys. Nor does the hour stop while the app is shut or the PC is offline.
Treat the trial as your chance to judge how the app performs on your setup before you pay. Signups are sometimes paused; the signup page says whether they are open.
Where Can I Review The Refund Policy?
Read the current Refund Policy, Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy before you buy anything. While signups are open, the trial is there to help you judge the software first.
How Do I Get Support?
Free Trials Do Not Include Support. On a trial, the guides and FAQs are what you use to find your own way around the app.
Whoever has paid can reach us through Contact Support. Tell us your account email, the versions of the app and Windows you run, your device, the exact error, and what you have already tried. Passwords should never be sent, and full licence keys should never be posted publicly.
How Do I Check For An Update?
Go to Info > Updates and choose Check For Updates. Do as the progress and restart instructions tell you. A fresh installer, if you need one, comes from My Account > Downloads.
Which Payment Methods Can I Use?
Whichever method you pick, a PullzeAudio licence is bought at the checkout on this site. The methods open to your order, the currency, the total, and any instructions from the provider are shown there before you place it.
- Open the Shop and choose Add To Cart on PullzeAudio.
- In your Cart, check the item and select Proceed To Checkout.
- Fill in your billing details using the email your PullzeAudio account or trial is already linked to. Choose a payment method, then pick the coin and network your checkout shows for that order.
- Look over the terms and the total, then choose Place Order so the payment instructions appear.
- Send exactly the amount asked for, on exactly the asset, network and address that order shows. Meet any payment deadline, and wait for the payment to be confirmed.
Once the payment is confirmed, look in your email and in My Account for the licence and the downloads. A pending payment may simply take longer to confirm. If a payment fails or is left unresolved, Contact Support with the order number. Never send your account password, a one-time code, or a complete card number.
