One Continuous Hour: The hour starts the first time the app activates your device, which can happen at app sign-in before any audio plays. Requesting the link and downloading the installer start nothing, and closing the app or going offline does not pause the clock.
One Account, One Machine: One hour per person, per email and per machine. Reinstalling Windows, deleting the account or asking for another link does not open a second one.
Support Is Not Included: A trial hour is unguided, and it is one of the things a licence pays for. The setup guide and the FAQ are open to everyone.
Decide Before Your Hour Runs Out: Buy with the same address you requested the trial with, so the licence lands on the account that already holds your hour. Digital purchases are final under our Refund Policy.

One link, one password, one agreement — all of it before the app can start counting. The hour cannot start by accident, and it cannot be paused once it has.

One account and original device, one continuous hour starting on first eligible app activation. Closing the app does not pause it. Free trials do not include support. Your original trial email must also be used for purchase. Encrypted original account and agreement records and hashed device eligibility markers are retained to prevent repeat trials, including after account or license deletion.
